Ahmed Adnan Ikhlasi (1931-2000)
Ikhlasi was born in Aleppo in 1931 and passed away in the year 2000. He got his high school diploma in Aleppo and pursued engineering studies at the University of Alexandria in Egypt, graduating in 1955. Upon returning to Syria, he began working in the Municipality of Aleppo, then at the Euphrates Dam Institute. He then started a private firm with his wife, fellow Architect Myson Maslati. He also taught at the University of Aleppo’s Faculty of Engineering, served on the Municipal Council, and was Head of the Aleppo chapter of the Engineers Association for several years. 01
